No Updates appx 4 months after medicals

Got my medicals done on 29th March,10. Sent passports.

Again resent the passports on 26th June,10 after the addition of a newborn. Still no updates.

Suggest : Shud I send a case specific enquiry now

just wait couple of more days and escalate it. no harm in it
