No news from any universities I applied

Its been three months since Regina university and delhousie university received my full application. I am still waiting for any outcome from them..

God knows when I will get admission letter

Difference is I applied in April and still waiting for my letter.

I applied in three unis. UofR, Dal U. and Mem U. and I got acceptance from Mem U.
Dal U. has made decision so waiting for the acceptance or rejection letter
UofR is the laziest one still no news from them even when I check online status there's written "Hold File for next dept intake" and I applied for jan2012 intake :S

Mem U is which one. I also applied for Concordia Uni. however, they replied me with finding supervisor to get admission. They never informed before. Now they reject for that reson..

I think we are picking the very laziest conutry in the world. ye u right for regina. they never bother to even reply ur query. Actually to get hold to Delhouse is because I have manage to find a supervisor there.

My background, BBA(3YRS) 3.3CGPA & MBA(2YRS) 3.1CGPA (1st division) from Karachi university
More then 3 years of work experience in MNC after education.
IELTS 7 Band
GMAT 650 score
I applied in April 28 2011

Can anyone tell me do i need to find supervisor to get admission......or univ allocates supervisor to students?
Secondly, how to find supervisor it's the toughest job?

Anyone currenlty studying in concordia or got offer letter can help me................

I dont have idea about ur course, however for PhD they played a game with me. till the end they never inform me to find one even if i inquired them twice. then at the time they need to make final decision on my case, they send very diplomatic rejection letter; reasoning that If i find a supervisor they will give a positive feed back for my application for admission.
what a shit I can say for them.

Thanks for helping dear..........and sorry to hear that ur application is being rejected due to university carelessness. I must say some univ's didn't even care to reply to ur queries.
