Here in Ethiopia salary is payed monthly.

when you get an employment we negotiate monthly based. there is no hourly or weekly salary. but we do have maximum weekly working hours. even when we work extra time it counted as one day salary. that is your monthly salary is divided by 30 days or if you consciously negotiated at the time of employment it will be calculated based on that agreement.

is it must to convert my monthly salary to weekly and hourly..?

what will be the reaction of the visa officer?

No, you don't need to do that. Your reference letter needs to say something like "mytSoul worked full time as a Radiation Tech from 1 Jan 2017 to 1 Jan 2019. He worked at least 40 hours a week, and his yearly salary was ETB 1,000,000 (CAD 50,000). His duties were ...."

And then your salary slips will back that up. You don't have to break it down into weekly or hourly. You don't even have to convert ETB to CAD like I did, I just did that because not many people on the forum will know the exchange rate like the visa officer will.

You can write "his monthly salary was ETB 80,000" instead of yearly. That works fine as well.
