No Birth Certy

Hi Guys,

I have one close friend who wants to apply for license but somebody told him that He will need a Birth certy and as he dont have any and there are very less chances that he get the same so what are the other alternative any idea guys.

Nilsej,

Let him go to the court to make an affidavit of age/declaration of age. This must be attested by commissioner of oaths at the law courts. I think that will be his best bet.

What licence? Should we assume that you meant visa?
Tell your friend that he needs to get a fresh birth certificate. And tell him not to fake it.
