I believe that you should probably google how they receive it from the country abroad and attach it to the other documents to be sent at once•

I am not looking for how to send it GentleAndrew, I'm asking if anyone among those who have received MR or PPR submitted along with their application PCC from abroad please.

Ok so lets merge both.
MAIN REASONS

1. You submitted Assets as proof of funds (CHC will demand standard POF)
2. Your initial PoF is less than the required size
3. Your family size have changed
4. You submitted a bank letter instead of FD or bank statement
5. Your statement was printed like 3months before it gets to CIO in Nova Scotia
6. Sudden change in the family composition of applicant and as such the existing POF can't cover the family any more.
7. Sudden large amount in the statement of account used as POF(Account history is inconsistent)
8. Lack of correlation b/w payslips if submitted along with initial application and statement of account.
9. Long waiting period b/w time of application processing and request by VO.
10.The use of joint account could also be another factor.
11.Any other reasons best known to the officer handling your case.

How to Beat this?
Avoid all 10 Above and pray God for favour of good VO

These are the very main reasons ; no doubt but they can just ask if they just want to ask with no specific reason(s). Just be "PREPARED".It is well

By submitting PCC from abroad, do you mean you live abroad and want to obtain Nigeria PCC without coming home or you are in Nigeria and want to send PCC abroad or obtain from abroad. Please clarify

I am looking to know if there is anyone from the people in this forum who has received MR or PPR submitted PCC from abroad i.e lived or schooled abroad at some time in the past and submitted foreign PCC along with their application when they submitted their application. Please PM if you do not want to disclose.

Yes Chingy, thank you. One of our seniors who does not want to be name thinks that's the reason he has not received MR. I decided to ask on his behalf hoping he will see the response since he does not want to known albeit he is a known member of this forum. He thinks people who submit foreign PCC may be subject to more rigorous background checks.
