Hey I just saw new updates on CIC website.Now It says that you can work for 6 months while waiting for your PGWP but didnt mention anywhere if we can use that experience towards CEC experience

If the experience falls under NOC O/A/B, you can use it for CEC. Since processing for PGWP takes time, hence IRCC released the statement to clear out ambiguity on whether students could work or not while their application is under processing.
