Winter Clothes in Saudi Arabia

Hello everyone

I am working in KSA now and planning to land in Toronto in December. I know it's going to be very cold in Toronto that time. So i need to buy some worm clothes from KSA. Does anybody know where i can get cold winter clothes like parka, tuque, mitten or wind-proof jacket in Saudi Arabia? Someone told clothes available in KSA are of no use in extreme cold winter in Toronto. I will have to buy special materials clothes available only Canada. Is that true? Pls help me.
