nothing, you need to wait. The wait time between 2 days and 3 months. I am waiting for 60 days already

i used his last name and UCI number and enter the exact place of birth that was on his passport and it worked.

They are asking for day I became PR on.. what should i enter?

Happened same with me! I would recommend you to try sending the email again and wait for a couple of days. If you don’t get a reply then make an account on portal yourself and your application will show up there. I haven’t received any email till now but my PR card is on its way.

I received my eCOPR yesterday. Wish luck for all of you.

Send follow up email to IRCC.ClientPortal-PortailClient.IRCC@cic.gc.ca 1 September
send the second follow up email to IRCC.ClientPortal-PortailClient.IRCC@cic.gc.ca 8 September (received ecopr 10 min after that)

We chose option B and upload our photos into our portals seperately. We also receievd our eCopr at the same time in two separate emails.

In the follow up emails I mentioned that I have been waiting for 50 days for eCopr and my application has also crossed the normal processing time. Also My work permit will be expired in the next month.

Case status in review with IRCC
In Canada deceleration is approved (from the beginning)
Address is approved
photo in review with IRCC

everything is approved.

An update: I received my son's PR card (by post) but have not received my wife's or mine!! See signature for timeline. One down, two more to go!
AND the twist is that the Portal still shows Case status as "In review with IRCC" for all 3 of us, these guys are nuts
