So when i originally applied for my PR card after doing my landing, the processing time was 41 days, is that business days?

I am currently sitting at 60 days of waiting....growing impatient now.

Website still shows average 41 days.

Yes. The days shown on website are business days.
CHeck your online status of your application. If nothing, call cic to enquire. There might be some pending query or photos not correct etc.
