What was the citizen of your husband when the decree of divorce was granted? If he was already a naturalized citizen by then hence canadian, in the eyes of Philippine law he regained his legal capacity to get married again. So any subsequent marriage, whenever celebrated, is legal and valid. Maybe this is why CIC did not ask for an authorization to get married from you when you filed your application. They are very stringent when it comes to compliance of their requirements so they are fully aware whether you compliant or not. The fact that they granted your app that means you were legally compliant.

Na worries lng ako sa requirements ng CFO since wala akong maipapakita ng registration galing sa consulate sa DFA dto sa pinas....


But I got a Canadian certificate & DFA canada certificate na my RED RIBBON valid for 5 yrs na nag sinasabing kinikilala ng canadian court ang divorce certificate nila na finile dun sa canada court kung san cia sa canada..

Hahadlang ba ang CFO kung wla akong maipkita nun??? Tho I got my visa now & the last requirements is to get PDOS & CFO sticker sa passport for immigration check sa airport???..

I'm so worried kse 5yrs KMI LRD ng husband ko at every ones a yr lng umuwi in 12days vacation..

Iba po yung CFO sa pre-arrival. Sa Canada IC po yung pre arrival ang CFO po Phil Govt. Hindi po kayo makakalabas ng bansa without the certificate and sticker from CFO .

Kse pag pickup 600+ ang door to door 946 I guess... Ehhh mamasahe pat kakain 300 lng nnman so sa layo ko mas makakatipid ako...

My i ask??? If ever na after me ng CFO & sticker on passport... nid ko pb umattend ng pre arrival sa ibang orientation? Kse mas important ang CFO gawa its for phil gov. At required din cia ng immigration sa airport???

Optional po yung pre arrival seminar. Although, maraming nagsabi that it helped them. If you can't got, you don't have to naman. And may online din na pre-arrival. Pili ka doon as link sa prearrival email.

Did you register your marriage po sa consular sa Hongkong? Kasi nirerequire po nila na pag yung marriage ay sa abroad ginanap, dapat po iparehistro sa consular office kung saan po kinasal, in your case sa hongkong po. Pag register po sa consular yun marriage nyo, pwede ka po na kumuha ng NSO copy here sa Pinas. Kasi marriage cert po ang nirerequire ng CFO na ipakita sa kanila.

Ganun po case ko. Nagpakasal po kami ng asawa ko sa Edmonton. We registered it sa consular office, and then I was able to get PSO copy here sa Pinas when I get back.

When you go to CFO sa March 6 bring a copy of your marriage cert na issue ng Hongkong. Maybe they will consider it po.

Hi guys, ask ko lang po sa mga tapos na nagmedical if need ba na magpa vaccine agad after medical? or pwde lang magpavaccine after DM?
Nagpamedical po ako sa St. Lukes BGC nung Nov.2017 pro until now di pko ngpavaccine kc plan ko sana after DM nalang .

Ibabalik po nila yun and you will need to pay for the courier fee again. Visit mo po VFS website, the instructions are all there. Passport transfer is at 570/each yata, I forgot the exact amount.

Nag email po ako sa CVAC/VFS nag reply po sakin na i send ko po yung Manager's check na Php 948 kaya yun nalang po ginawa ko sabi po kasi if payment nalang yung kulang i hhold po daw nila yung application ko ..Sana this week po may update ako baka po kasi nag aantay ako sa wala 30 days lang pa naman po yung binigay skin para i submit yung Passport & docs.

Pupunta ako ng Canada as tourist, flight ko sa March 5.
Habang nandon ako, plan na namin magpasa ng requirements para sa spousal application kaso ung NBI ko, SINGLE pa nakalagay. Sa bagong checklist kasi kasama na cia. Nung time na kinuha ko kasi un, wala pa akong copy ng marriage certificate kaya single nagreflect. Ok lang po kaya yun? May HIT kasi ako sa NBI at matagal lumabas result kaya hindi na aabot kung ngayon pa ako kukuha.
