Have you informed them about the baby yet? If not, please email MANILIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca and also send a CSE. Then wait for further instructions from Manila Visa Office.

CHANGE IN CIRCUMSTANCES:

You must immediately advise our office by email should there be a change in your personal circumstances, or the personal circumstances of any of your family members, whether they are accompanying you to Canada or not. This might include any of these situations:


· Change in civil status by reason of marriage, cohabitation, divorce, separation, annulment or death;
· Death of applicant, family member or sponsor;
· Birth or adoption of a child;
· Change in health, including pregnancy;
· The laying of any criminal charges or criminal convictions;
· Change in your mailing address, email address, contact number;
· Change or cancellation of immigration representative;
· Withdrawal of your application

UNDECLARED AND UNEXAMINED FAMILY MEMBERS:


Paragraph 117(9)(d) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations excludes from future sponsorship any foreign national who is not declared and examined at the time the prospective sponsor applies for and obtains permanent residence. If you or any of your family members fail to declare and present for examination any family member as defined by the Regulations, then you or your family member will not be able to sponsor the undeclared family member at a later date as a member of the family class.

Subsection 1(3) of the Regulations defines “family member” in respect of a person as

(a) the spouse or common-law partner of the person;

(b) a dependent child of the person or of the person’s spouse or common-law partner; and

(c) a dependent child of a dependent child referred to in paragraph (b).

All family members, whether or not they are accompanying you to Canada, MUST be declared and presented for examination to assess whether they are admissible to Canada. A false declaration on your IMM5406 (Additional Family Information form), any failure to declare a family member, or failure to present a family member for examination constitutes misrepresentation and may render you inadmissible to Canada for five (5) years.

Yeah I've emailed them and sent a CSE but no response yet. They said we have 30'days to resubmit a medical for my husband, but can the baby get his done before they sent us further instructions regarding the new family member? It costs quite a lot of money to go get the medical done again, would hate to have to go twice.

I understand you. However, I am in no position to tell you to go ahead and let the baby have the medical without any further instructions from them.

Have you heard about the changes with regards to the spousal sponsorship? After today (December 15, 2016), no doctor will ever accept upfront medical anymore.

Did you get an auto-reply when you informed them about the baby?

Guess I can't get the baby to do the medical at the same time then. There goes a few hundreds bucks.

Hello! Yung PPR email na dala ko 4 pages then pang 5th yung appendix B.
Oh no! ano kayang kulang? sorry to hear that Did you ask them? Naka secure naman yung packet na pinaglalagyan and the personnel na nag process dun they check it before nila nilalagay sa clear envelope. What happened kaya

Hi sis prinint nyo din ba ung appendix A? Ung photo specification? Baka kaya un ang kulang?
Sakin kasi pati un prinint ko sana naman walang kulang dun

Just to inform everyone na may issues sa eCAS before, I think it's up and working. We got 3 lines back for SA and still intact for PA.

I am still waiting for any updates from eCAS & MyCIC. Still not started for BC... Good luck everyone and God bless us all!
