Just wanted to share my disappoinment.
I was really worried because it has been 2 mos since we submitted addt'l docs (no confirmation of receipt). We didn't bother to resend them because it was stated in the letter that they will not email confirmation of receipt and wait for 28 days etc...
Last week, I finally linked my app to mycic and no details on the addt'l docs
I felt something went wrong so I emailed Manila Immig to inquire last night.
They responded that they didn't receive it last Oct 9 so I have to resend it.
We wasted 2 mos for nothing. They should've emailed us earlier. If I didn't inquire then nga nga pala abutin ng asawa ko.

Ask ko lang po if yung Advisory on marriages po ba yung sinend ninyo and Birth cert. ng sponsor? Wala po kayong nareceive na auto-generated email confirming receipt of documents? Yung sa myCIC acct po kasi ng husband ko walang nakalagay sa addt'l docs. This got me worried ???

Hi kapag hindi ka online ngsubmit. Blank tlga sya. Filled sya pag ang application was submitted obline at uploaded don mga addtl docs.

And my ecas says decision made..

We submitted our passport to Canada high commission here Iin Singapore on dec 1... Does that mean my passport is ready for collection and visa is ready??

Ok lang din if early Jan basta before the 12th if that is your target. At this time of the season kasi talagang mahal ang airfare. After the holidays or early January, somehow medyo hindi na ganun kamahal. Sunday to Thursday mas okey din, kasi pag weekend mas mataas din ang fare

I just send my additional documents Dec.5,2016.I haven't received any automated confirmation.Paano po kaya yun should I email the Manila Immigration kung nareceive na po nila?Ano po ba emaill address nila to check if na receive na nila yung additional documents?

Where did you send your additional documents? This is the email add MANILIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca for MVO.
