Anyone here na may nilagay na "Freelancer" under Activity, ano po nilagay nyo sa last column? Yung under 'Name of Company, school, facility as applicable'. Sa kin kasi I put "Home based". Ok lang kaya yung ganito?

And kapag naman "Unemployed", ano din nilagay nyo sa last column? Nilagay ko kasi "N/A".

I'm reviewing na kasi all the forms before printing them out.

Hi, Survivor! Based sa aking research, dahil nga nagkamali ako dyan.. Hehe. Kapag Freelancer, ilagay po ninyo as what. Like for example. Freelance Writer, Freelance Photographer, etc. Basta be specific kung keri. Then doon sa part na Unemployed ako, inilagay ko po Not Applicable. Okay lang siguro yung N/A.

Sa Home based naman, okay naman po iyon. Pero kung may company involved, better ilagay po. Like kung sino nag-hire sa'yo as freelancer.

Personally ganito nilagay ko since nauna na yung "Employed" ko.

Thanks prvc! Ako naman nilagay ko dun sa Activity during those times I was employed, eh yun na mismong Job Title ko, then name nung companu under the last column. Yung sa Freelancer, iba-iba kasi eh Siguro i-separate ko na lang pag di magkasya yung info under Activity

Opo, kasi nga di ba nasubmit ko Employed lang nailagay ko, hehe. Dinugtong ko na lang yung job title ko.

Maiba ako Survivor, may two out of the country trip ako this December and January, need ko bang magsubmit ng updated form nun or kapag nag-ask na lang?
Bale kasi yung this December, first week siya. Maihahabol ko kapag nabigyan ako ng AOR.. Yung sa January, 2nd week kasi kaya di ko alam gagawin if need ba nila mainform. Thank you.

There's no need to inform about your trip, esp sandali lang naman.. If si hubby pa siguro, let's say he comes to visit you, then nanghingi pa additional proof, pwede isend yung copy ng passport stamp nya, boarding pass, photos together, etc.. Hopefully lang wag na din mag ask pa ng add'l proof.. Pero yung sayo, no need na.

Ah okay, pero Survivor, kasi i-uupdate ko talaga yung Schedule A dahil nga doon sa Employed chuvaness. Okay lang ba na isama ko na yung sa December trip ko? Kasi kung one month yung AOR, tas may 30 days ako to send updates, baka pwede na siya? Nakabasa kasi ako ng Generic AOR, nandoon na kung may changes na sa Personal Hx, isubmit din. Palagay ninyo po? Thank you. Oo, si hubby dadalaw siya this December, pero di namin minention sa proof, kasi sabi ng experts wag daw sabihin, may chance daw ma-refuse.

Personally for me, I don't think it is necessary esp if it is just a short leisure trip

hi sa mga nagtatanong ng fees sa vfs 905.55 per passport yun na po total sila na din po magpapadala pablalik sainyo. if you wish to pic them total fee is 611.6. dapat managers cheque po payable to "VFS Services Phils. Private Inc". need din po sign yung consent form ng vfs para iprocess nila passport. if you want po to confirm you can chat them po maganda umaga.

Thanks Sis! Wala akong access sa mycic kasi may representative kmi. Kaya lhat ng communication sa rep namin dumadaan. Sila campbell-cohen naman rep namin kya legit namin siguro. Hehehe
