Hindi ko alam ang aor2 na yan...ang nangyari kasi sa application ko...bale we filed in 2011 same sex conjugal partner taz refused yung application ko around oct. 2012 taz nag appeal kami. Nadeny kami nung 1st appeal taz hindi kami tumigil, we applied for leave and judicial review before the federal court ayun positive ang result sa federal...the federal court ordered the minister counsel to bring back our case to IAD for 2nd hearing and fortunately we won the second appeal. We got the decision in june 4, 2016 taz after that i got an email from cic manila to submit updated forms,nbi and re medical...pang mmk ang application ko ....hehehe...

jan25 naman po kasi nakalagay sa marriage cert sakto pang 10 days na at irerelease na ng marriage licence.tapos balik ko ditoy ay jan30 naman.no choice na po kasi kami noon dahil ung judge na nakabunot sa raffle ng mga ikakasal aba ayaw kaming ikasal dahil daw bakit pag canadian citizen isang papel lang ang ipapakita na galinh embassy ung filipino citizen dami daw requirement lol.kaya naghanap kami nga magkakasal sa amin na judge na walang topsk.at ayun pumayag ung issng judge kaso 23 lang available nya,.basta hindi conflict ung date ok lang dahil araw lang pagitan pero kung maiiwasan mas ok.magconflict ung ginawa namin kapag halimbawa na flight ko pabalik canada ay jan24 tapos kasal ko jan25 hehhe..

Hi tintinsam, in our case, since kami talaga nag asikaso lahat (including ang pag-type ng Marriage Contract ), we had our wedding done on a weekend so the 1st business day of the following week, gorabels na kami sa Local Civil Registry. We were then told to wait 3 days before we can request for advance endorsement. After 3 days, gorabels na naman ako sa LCR but then by batch pala yung pag-forward ng MC sa local PSA branch so I have no choice but to wait few days again. Nung na-transfer na sa local PSA yung MC, I was assisted to go there and talked to the person in charge. The endorsement letter was prepared pero wala naman si signatory that day (ang saya, di ba?). I went back the following day and finally I got the endorsement letter. May binayaran lang ako na courier fee (wala pa atang 200 but I don't really recall na). I was then told to go to the main PSA in QC (but the main is now in Sta Mesa, Manila). When I got there and filed request for a copy of our MC, I was told to come back for pick up after 10 days. Halos inabot ako ng 1 1/2 months kasi hindi ako basta makalabas ng house.

Basta, with regards to advance endorsement of MC, it is better kung personal na aasikasuhin para mabilis talaga. As soon as the endorsement letter is signed and forwarded to the main PSA office, since you have a copy of it and a copy also of the courier receipt from them, gorabels na kayo the next day sa main PSA office and request na para in 10 days meron na kayo copy. May nakalagay naman na date kung kelan i-pickup ang MC. What I did also during that time, I requested 5 copies na para sure lang na we have extra copies on file. After that, since available na yun sa system nila, pwede na din mag request ng AOM.

ADVISORY ON MARRIAGE or AOM

Hi, everyone! I just want to help future applicants out here and remind you a little that you also have to request your Advisory on Marriage. You need to submit it together with the entire application. I've noticed that some do not know what is an AOM and that it should be submitted as well.

AOM is like Cenomar for married people. Request for Cenomar at the PSA or thru their website, and if you are married, they will give you an Advisory on Marriage instead.


This will save you time instead of waiting for CIC to request it from you.


Since you have your CENOMAR before you apply for the marriage license, you can also submit that; CIC will discard or return it to you if they think CENOMAR is not needed.

Request the AOM right after the release of your Marriage Certificate. You can (not that YOU SHOULD) request AOM both for the sponsor and the applicant. After requesting for both, you should have two separate AOMs, one for you, one for the sponsor. Yes, there are cases that AOM for the sponsor is requested, too. I believe you can get the AOM the same day you request it. But it depends, some took 10 days before they had it. As for me, I requested mine online and took 2 to 3 days to have it delivered at home. When I requested for my hubby's AOM at the PSA office, I got it on the same day.

Also make sure you submit the sponsor's Birth Certificate along with the application.

Hindi ako nage-mail or nagsubmit sa kanila ng additional docs kasi kumpleto ang documents na sinubmit ko nung application pa lang. Including na yung AOM. Kaya lang upon checking kahapon, napansin ko na PSA na pla ang hinihingi ngayon. Yung mga naisubmit ko kasi na birth certificate, marriage cert at AOM ay nasa NSO paper pa. Possible ba na mareject ang application ko? Nagwoworry ako, kagabi pako hindi makatulog.

Yung pagkaintindi ko na yung PSA at NSO ay iisa po. Ganun din sakin ngtanggap ako din ng email parehu syo pero wla naman ako sinubmit kasi kumpleto na bago pinasa yung application. Sakin NSO din po yung birthcertificate , marriage certificate at cenomar po kasi . Di na ako ng pasa ng AOM po kasi naitago ng hubby ko yung cenomar namin noon .

4-5 months bago ko nagPPR pero kasi by batch sila magsend ng updates/ppr/mag issue ng visa.

Someone sent an email to immigration asking for that, pero sumagot sila na Ok naman kahit NSO pa yung nasend mo. Hihingi or magsesend naman sila ng email pa ulit kung kailangan PSA logo. Don't worry sis, ok pa yan.

hi?noong nso marriage cert din napasa namin sa application and noong aor2 nagsend lang kami aom kasi yun ang alam kong wala.then few months noong nagrequest sila additional proof sa relasyon namin nanghingi na din sila Psa na marriage certificate.

thanks sis! nakahinga na din ng maluwag. ang hirap pala ng may representative, di ako makapag gawa ng account sa myCIC kya di ko makita detailed update sa application. kaya lagi tuloy ako nagwoworry..
