Hi All,

I am now in the process of organizing my photos, I printed photos on photo paper (with caption at the back) and I am finding it difficult to organize so what I did is put it in a photo plastic sleeve? I will be sending my application to VO Manila, do you think I will not have a problem if I will submit my photo this way?

Only a Canadian citizen can request the notes so your sponsor has to fill it up. When I requested ours 2 days ago, I filled it up as if yun husband/sponsor ko yun nag-answer (anyway katabi ko lang din sya nun nagrequest kami hehe). I followed the steps posted on a comment from a different thread on how to do them:

HI xabibella, i am the sponsor po. i tried sending a request po pero dun sa may attach docs nakalagay is optional sya so i decided not to ens or attach anything. kaloka hehe..sabi naman nila if may kulang they will ask for more docs. thanks anyways ;D

Hi Myboo. Para sa sponsored person yung irerequest mong info. I was told kailangan ng consent form na may signature nya. Ang na apply ko kase is ung under Privacy Act, dapat ung access to information.

Hi Mhikyla12 yes po i tried to request din kaso nakalagay sa attach docs na optional lang sya so i assumed na ok lang kahit walang consent since i am his sponsor naman? do you think magkakron n delay ung results or problem? and if they need some docs they will inform me naman po db? yun ang pagkakaintindi ko eh..hehe thanks again..
