Sent my application on Oct 27th last year. Received remedical request in May, got ppr on Sept 1st. As I'm a Canadian resident, I sent my passort to CPC-Ottawa which reached on Sept 5th. Application got approved on Friday in gckey last week, and passport is arriving today. I'll go to the US border and do my landing this Saturday.

Good luck everyone else!
Congrats!! I am October 25th applicant and am also in Canada. I received remedical request and RCMP Criminal Check request in June. Everything is done for my file but still awaiting DM and PPR.

eCAS had been showing DM since June. Even my GCMS notes say that my application was approved in June. I guess they sometimes just take time to send ppr

Yes, I guess fingerprints are part of RCMP certificate. Since I was in Canada, I went to local police office and got it done... I got it in mail in paper format which I scanned and sent through email and also uploaded it on GCKEY

Hey guys, I got DM on my ecas today but when I click on it, it still shows as below -
  1. We received your application for permanent residence on October 25, 2016.
  2. We started processing your application on December 7, 2016.
  3. We sent you correspondence on June 20, 2017. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.
  4. Medical results have been received.
Why dont they change the correspondence thing to received and when can I expect PR

Hello COOL_DUDE_CANADA, did you end up having to send originals or copies of 10th standard certificate and voter's ID card? Thanks

Hi all, was anyone here asked to provide ORIGINAL 10th standard certificate and/or voter's ID card as substitutes for birth being registered late? India specific requirements state that originals be sent in this case. If any of you sent photocopies instead, were you asked to resend originals? Thanks!

I sent the original 10th certificate. Received it back in mail from NDVO. I live in Canada, so I was worried I might never receive it back, but they did mail it to me.

Thanks. And a photocopy of Voter's ID or original of that one too? And just to be sure, you sent these in your initial application, right? Cheers
