Hello Johnny,

Can you help me with a few questions regarding TRV since you had applied couple of times? I am April 25, 2016 applicant want to apply for visitor visa for my husband. I am struggling with two questions on the application form:

1. Question #9 : Country where applying? Same as country of residence? Yes or No : what should I answer. My husband is currently in India
2. Background Information Question # 2: Have you previously applied to enter or remain in Canada? What should I answer here because currently his spousal sponsorship is in process but we have never applied before that?

Contact your MP. There have been cases where NDVO have missed to send PPRs. MPs can force them to send

Hi johny i am new in this forum .i am 28 july 2016 applicant i have a question reagarding my file .imy representative marked no for refusal visa in application but i was refused two time for visitor visa for usa n canada .while i wAs reviewing my application i noticed this mistake 3 days ago now i have sent the form to new delhi with a correction .what do you think does it gonna affect my spouse visa application processing?pls reply i am so worried.my consultant told me for misrepresentation they can ban you for 5 years

SA 23 march
Ndvo started processing it on 4 aril
I sent additional documents for my recent visit to my spouse on oct 6 they didnot ask for it but i just sent them
And ppr 14 oct
I got the dm on the same day

I also have the similar timeline like urs...App filed 19 Feb; SA 23 March and NDVO started on 4 April....but in my case NDVO asked for some additional documents on 6 October which I FedEx them on 10 October and they received it on 12 October. Now i have few questions for you:

1. Did they ask you to submit any particular document or you yourself sent them proactively ?
2. How did you send them, like email or courier? {Because I heard the email bounced back if we try to send attachments}
3. Did you receive any acknowledgement of your submission? Any email or status update on CIC etc.?

So like after a week of documents submission, you got a PPR that's really amazing. Have a good life ahead

So sorry about it dear. Yeah try checking with the MP again, and ask them what is stopping them to send the PPR. You need to be back of them to get it.

Can you send register letter a-bought this to New Delhi, then ask there is any mail mistake to send ppr to you , you allowed to ask for that ,send letter like if there is no mistake ,I will white for your ppr mail from Empassy.

hi..yes you can easily apply for trv. u may refer to the successful procedure of applying trv( its on d previous pages) . what r all d supporting docs and other tricks. if u have a travel history and if u can assure them that u will return back when ur visa is over. u will surely get one. best of luck
