1. Answered by babbubhai already.
2. Photocopies need to be only attested as True Copy and not notarized.
3. Reference letters are a must w/o which application maybe refused. Reference letter should be in the below form:
It can be in any format but should include the below details without fail:
1.Specific period of employment wid company.
2.Positions you have held during the period of employment and the time spent in each position.
3.Main responsibilities and duties in each position.
4.total annual salary
5.number of hrs worked per week(it should be greater than 37.5 hrs per week to be considered full time).

Additional docs can include copies of wrk contracts and pay slips.

Also don't forget to need to provide original ref letter and not the photocopy of it........for other work docs u can provide photocopies.

Whatever details I have asked to mention are a part of the document checklist provided by CIC.

Since CIO itself has provided positive final determination of eligibilty, they have gone thru ur docs and found them ok. So personally it shouldn't affect ur application.

If IO while reviewing ur case, should find some details missing.....they may call for verification to employer or ask for explanation.

Don't worry, ur case won't be affected due to this error.

dear forum members here is my journey so far..... kindly smbody add required info in the list... N S RECEVD MY APP.- july18 2011. my bank card was charged for fee on - SEPT.13 ,2011. first AOR -OCT.14 , 2011. 2AOR FM NDVO was issued on NOV 5, 2011 ( it was by post so i got aftr 10 days of sending in london) Ecas i noticed on 30th jan that it was updated with a sec line " startd processing ur file on 23-01-2012. i got MR on feb 4th by post in london which was issued on JAN 24th. 2012. so they updatd my status n next day postd me MR. i submittd evrythng on feb 27th n waiting till date. hope this info help u guys to understand ndvo ... altho its a difficult task!! . wish evry1 less wait !
