Dear Boski,

I would suggest you to wait for another 2-4weeks, hopefully your passport would be on its way with maple leaf on it!!
I think, we can't submit RPRF until its being requested..Now u have done it,so no worry!! You must be calming edu points
from your UK study!! that is the reason they are doing BC and SC from UK...Ru a single applicant or have spouse and child
along with your application?

. dear babbu maan, no i didnt. claim my uk edu points altho i was on student visa in uk last yr wen i applied pr but base of my file was india. i was doing
msc but my graduation n experience was sufficient to put fsw. my hubby is my dependent on canada file , no children. travel history is to uk n thailand .. and italy in my husbands case.v submittd uk bank statements n my uk uni letters n pcc etc evrythng. v were nvr askd for any additional documents. ndvo called us in mid feb. askd wen wl v submitt out pp n meds .. i said in 2 days as indian pcc was pending. hope u can make out smthng out of this story.. n yes my husbands liver function tests were lil higher but dmp said no worries v wl get the visa. thank u

what I believe is..you may get a interview call...they have doubt about your marriage, it may b held b4 a year u had applied for
immigration. I have read somewhere that, if your marriage is less then 12moths of date of application..that arise doubt for CIC..
You u have baby..?? Marriage certificate form Registrar and Marriage Pics can be sens as a proof of marriage!!

I was in UK as well, my was on spouse visa, I have sent my marriage certificate and visa proof..!! More the evidence,less the hassle!!

actually I am waiting for passport request as they didn't ask to submit in medical letter, as they ask for my Indian mailling address.. Yes I have been to UK and Philippines..
I have submitted my PCC and they ask for marriage questionnaire I have submitted all documents.
Hopefully I will get it Passport request from NDVO.

Dear Boski

As far as I concern, CIC always consider education points of your recent and higher education. I can understand
your hubby was your dependent in UK and you have submitted your joint bank statement from UK!! That is a very
strong proof of a relationship..which is recommended by CIC

Most of the cases, CIC request the medical after BC....so there is nothing to do with your education and experience
They might be working on SC from countries u have visited/lived. But overall,there is nothing to worry, you shall get your
passport back once the SC would be done..!!

Do you think we expect interview as i believe they will call for an interview before MR issue... we did submit my MR on March 29 and other docs.

If they have any doubt on marriage or any doc fraud then they call before issuing the MR and if they have doubt in security then they call after MR...

I just forgot man what did they tell u against your CSE.
