I don't know about if you have to declare it or not (check immigration customs website). But she can bring as much as she owns! Of course you should put all that gold in a bank locker over here.

You can include his work experience. However, keep in mind that majority of times they reject the TRV if the applicant doesn't have a job. Since on what basis are you trying to convince the officer that your husband will come back to India after his TRV ends?

If he has car payments, or apartment/house on his name then it will help the case for TRV.

Hi, ask you hubby to get a leave approval letter from his employer (that his leave is approved for 1-2 months-- just show short duration). This plays a very good role in showing that he will be back after his vacations.

As far as trend of prev years are concerned they should be giving visa to mar- Apr 2015 guys ..thy are lagging so much tht thy are in Nov 2014 ..its a one year lag if u see its Nov 2015 now ..if there is pressure from govt , max thy hv to complete till Feb 2015 at least by end of this yr

I am a Nov 2014 applicant. I got my application status changed to in process in the first week of September 2014 and my medicals got expired on 15th Sep 2014. I haven't got any re-medicals request yet. How do you get the re-medicals request? Is through mail or email or status gets updated online? Any Nov 2014 applicants in a similar situation as me.

re-medical comes through email. Apply for Notes or do MP inquiry.
