NEW DELHI - 2014 APPLICANTS

I am 26 Nov 2014 New delhi Indian applicant, we both sided first marriage, both professionally well educated and employed, no age gap, submitted all proofs, 200 pre wedding and post wedding photos including all cultural and religious ceremonies (apxx 60 persons ...Parents siblings and close relatives close friends only at engagement ceremony & .... apxx. 350 + persons at marriage ceremony including parents, siblings, close relatives and friends) seems no red flag ....but only thing worries me is that short time-frame between our first meeting, engagement & marriage due to arranged marriage.
I have more than 6 months clean Canada travel history on student visa (I had already submitted Canada PCC along with India PCC in our spouse application).
I have neither not received any update after In process 9 October 2015 nor any additional document request. Is now the right time to apply for GCMS Notes ? or Shall we wait upto end of December 2015 ?
Any November end 2014 or December 2014 applicant got any update ?

Hi moga_PB29,

Just keep in mind when they (CIC) generates GCMS notes they do it first week after request but hold on to the GCMS notes for 30 days before releasing it to you. There's a chance that you might have some old information on the notes but it wouldn't hurt to apply for notes. Once you do, let us know!

Hello! Quick question for the senior members.. We are a september 2014 applicant , our application went into In Process on October 9th 2015. Would we fall under the old in process procedure (interview waver) or would we fall under the new in process? Thanks

I am not that senior but according to current trends looks like you fall in new in process system as there is a big lot of applicants who went to in process on 9th oct ... which at the movement looks nothing more than old AR/MR.. that's what i think, i might be wrong sorry for hurting your hope.... the best is to apply gcms notes & see status of your file

This is with the detailed information preetiv shared yesterday. It has been mentioned that you submitted 200-300 photos as your relationship proof. I fear we haven't attached these many pictures of us with the documents. Does it mean that we will be asked for additional documents which would ultimately prolong our wait?? We have submitted all other documents like marriage certificate, receipts of our trip together, Affidavit from relatives etc. And all other required personal docs. I am a dec. 2014 applicant. I know we still need to wait more but i am concerned. Also i want to ask that we had applied for notes earlier before our file got in process and so nothing was started then. Is there any problem in reapplying for notes as we want to make sure whether or not will I be able to fly back to Canada with my husband who is coming to visit me and will be here in India till 1st week of January. We are just hoping it happens.With the new government coming in and people getting PPR requests, at least we can keep some hopes in mind.

its not the number of photos wt so ever .. its that thy should get convinced that its real marriage n not fraudulent ..dont wry , if ur case is straight fwd u ll hear soon . even there is lot of ppr rolling out as new govt came in , which proves thr words on family reunification .hope we dec/jan ppl get our ppr by end of this mth by max

She was very nice
I hired Interpreter too but I never use her
At the end she said I found your case is genuine
About stuff I carry with me .....
100+ photographs from whenever she visited to india after wedding
Call records
What's app chatting record
Skype record
Email record
Greeting cards my wife sent me .

That's because of additional document hard copy of landing fees they asked in the month of March after that they were happily sleeping

Firstly congratulations on getting done with the long process of immigration and wish you all the best for ur happy married life.
if I understand correctly you didn't submitted the hard copy of your Landing fees at CIC Mississauga?
was that the only flaw in your application?
Did you found that out from Notes or was informed to you by NDVO
Ur case looks very genuine and even the application package you submitted looks very well organized but still took you a 14 months timeline bcoz of one missing document????

Quality over quantity. We submitted about 35 pics in total broken into pre-wedding, wedding, post wedding and then honeymoon and that was it. We passed the relationship test since our notes says interview waived and relationship is genuine. You can apply for notes any number of times.

Hi there, my file transferred to NDVO on Nov 14,2014 and it changed to IP on Oct 9 2015 as well. but no updates since. i ordered notes end of Sep and it says Interview Recommeded. so i would say just apply for notes atleast that will help you to see what's going on with their file. hope that helps.
