Does anyone know how early you can order notes and also how long it takes to get notes once ordered. Thanks for help.

Hi, you can order notes at anytime, just it takes 30 days before you can receive them. It would be a better to wait till you go in process and wait a couple of months before you order notes. Hope this helps!

We received XXX XXXXX XXXXX application for permanent residence on October 7, 2014.
Medical results have been received.

This is what i saw under Permanent Residence Application Status.

Same here one more line is added in sponsership status

Status shows App rec'd July.25
Med. Rec'd
Med. Expired sometime in May/2015
No updates on the website
Ordered notes ... july.09/2015
Rec'd in exactly 1 month
Indicates ... recommendations only. Marriage looks legitimate & to waive interview as a recomendation.
PCC pending
Ordered notes again a few days back ...
Is there anyone out there with a similar status ??

Wish I can just reach NDVO and protest out there on its gates and show the world how much Canada's immigration process sucks !!

Hello dear..!! Lucky has applied in nov. so his all updates comes in 2015 of course. So i think his timeline is correct.

Hello lucky..!! I didnt got any update. We both have almost same timeline nd same situation. I m getting worried now..!! I hope its not in interview queue..!! I have also applied notes in july it comes after one nd half month after applying because of error. It says the same nothing has been started yet.

BLR do u get any update ? We are in same boat. I think now from this week they have started working on nov applicants. So i think we all should wait till this month end. We will apply notes again in next month.

my advice would be to get your remedical done on your own since it has been 4 months with no remed letter for you. make sure you scan the new medical report and submit it to NDVO through case specific enquiry. it takes about 3-4 weeks for them to update into their system and this will save you time in the future. having valid medical on file make it go at lightning speed from IP to DM.

Please be patience. Your turn will come, they are still finishing October applicants as we speak. By the beginning of next week we should something from November. Since you're at the end of November, you might hear something by the end of next month or less.

Hi all,
I am a July 17, 2014 applicant and my ecase still says AR.
My lawyer said that if I apply for notes my application will be out for 30 days.
Can someone tell me if this is correct?
Am worried about my application.
