Once your File Pass Eligibility (Genuine Marriage) you got -->IP

People stuck on AR/MR for 10-12 Months --->Interview but without BC (To meet time-line condition)

IP time-lines :

3 days to 3 Months

Random files are picked for background Check

Some files are proceed without Background Check

Background Check has some Levels

It the duty of Embassy to Keep the statistics in Range that how many files should go with or without or till which level of Background check

For Example

Every Year:

40% without BC IP to DM (One Week)
30 % with BC level 1(One Months)
20 % with BC level 2(Two Months)
10 % with BC level 3(Three Months)

The Worst Unlucky File without any Red Flag : Interview + BC level 3(Processing time 14-18 Months)

Criteria is completely random (Travel history does not play any role here )

No Not at ALL you will get PPR and DM near about 15 Dec to 20 Dec according to my research.
Your file went to level 1 BC for sure.I just gave example of % Percentage
Interviewed file never or rarely go for that much level of BC
Where so many organization involved handling crime all over the world (You can Google it "Crime Branch Agencies Immigration")
But Believe me ....!!

Hey,

I dont see any problem with that. In the guideline itself they say to mention it if it is applicable. So that question would not make any difference on the processing of your file. Dont worry, I am sure many of them would have made such mistakes and their files would have been processed. At worst they would ask for the form to be resend, and by no way they would send the entire application back.

here is my question..
members with PPR... Question 5 on PPR email. Does applicant has to fill in spouse information in form since spouse in not getting any visa with this application.
My guess is that Only Applicant column needs to be filled with basic personal Information since he/she is the only application for PR and getting passport stamped

Yes, April 24...IP since Oct 11th...and no change!...what could be delaying it? Some get DM in few days...
