there are many march and april applicants who are still in AR/MR. why do you want NDVO to go ahead ?? agar apke saath yeh ho to apko kaisa lage ga? you are a july applicant and if you see aug and sep applicant getting visas, would still want them to continue along or would you want them to look at your file first?

yaar door ta hai but feb tak hi visa aa jaye thoda and yaar look at previous post feb-march wale applicants still stuck at AR/MR
and i dunno y they have problem wid us ....cause we are just talking about june applicants ..it doesn't mean we want to go first

first of all dear i just talking about june applicants not july and y are u get mad look at previous posts we also pray for jan -june applicants not for us
dont talk like that everybody have feelings and we know it yaar and NDVO working on all applications

Does anyone have any idea what is the approx timeframe of processing for people with ADR. Average time frame for straight forward applicants is said to be 6-8 months as per forum. For us it's been 9 months already and still no news. It's been 3 months since we sent additional photos but no response from NDVO. Is there any other person here who had ADR and got PPR?

From what I have heard from a friend who went through the process is that if they ask you for additional documents, they come back to your file after three months, m not sure but it sounds true to me is because they cannot stay with one file and need to move on, in my case too I see that they changed my status after 3 months of asking PCC. So, I am guessing for those applicants who see status change in 3-4 months is because they send all the documents at the beginnng itself. I knew this but I had to get Police Clearance from two countries so I couldn't send that in the beginning. Hope it will clear soon.

welcome here dear and where u sent ur file like mississauga,ottawa ?
and they take 44-69 days approx so i wish u get ur file number in few days
once ur application received ur file will be completed in 6-8 months as like recent time
if ur case is straight forward don't worry u will get visa in this time

I am new to this thread. I going to india to get married .i am a permanent resident of canada. i dont have much knowledge about spouse sponsorship. So far the info i have got , that have confused me a lot. so if anybody could please clarify my doubts. i shall be very thankful .
So my first question is that where do we exactly apply? Do we have to send the whole file to missisuasaga and they will transfer it to new delhi after my assesment or they will first asses my file , give me the sponsorship certificate and then my hubby have to submit the file separetly in india?

hi im march applicants struck in IP since oct 14th .
i did enquiry .... n got back the reply from NDVO saying that your application is in pending review ..... can anyone tell me how long it takes n anyone here with the same situation .......

Thanks Anandita, your reply gives some hope as we have already waited for three months. Hope they at least look into our file next month and make some progress.
