Dont confuse while submitting application you had to pay 550 dollar in two part
The second fee which is called RPRF fee...Right for Rermanent Residence fee which is 490 dollar....this fee you can pay later and also if you got Any AOR in your email write letter and Attach $490 fee receipt and pay and send to New delhi office
If you need info in detail you can ask me at 9872525250...not a problem

i asked to my husband he said he did everything don't worry he's canadian born so i hope he knoe everything

So that makes sence to me

embassies first check money receipt and then sort files accodingly

I don't think so.. they started this stupid VFS thing.. so you have to check your local VFS office and can submit your passport there.. and they will send your passport to NDVO... you can collect it back from them when they get it back from NDVO.. either personally or ask them to mail it to you..

No, They wont received. I remembered one of my friend went there to submit his passport, This said mail it to us, we wont accept by hand. Now VFS is the best option.

Don't worry dear this is a generic email if u already submitted those documents(PCC & Proof of landing fee reciept)
they just alert to applicants if applicants didn't submitted b4 and if u have doubt then send copy of those documents

I have no doubt. We surely sent it but i was concerned if it might be misplaced while the file was being transferred to NDVO from Mississauga so wanted to make sure if NDVO has it already. Did anyone of you confirmed once you got the generic email ?
