I received new set of notes for my wife. My notes says interview waived by two officers on oct 12 and Nov 30. Got remedical on Dec7.
I had already send medical which I communicated through MP office.
Many pages have been hidden for security marked with s.15(1)
Latest Paper history updated on Dec 1th 2015 shows that Location Registry.
MP Enquiry a week back(Feb8th 2016) got response "at this time your file is being finalized".
My wife vistor visa got rejected in Jan 2016. Not sure what else I can do. Me and my wife both are frustrated after waiting for 15 months now.

That makes no sense whatsoever. Why would they send you remeds if they were gonna reject it after all. Do you think they sent PPR but you never got it? Did they tell you the reason behind the rejection?

Rejection was for visitor visa which is seperate application. The main application is still in process.
They dont reject the spousal sponsorship application without interview.

That makes no sense whatsoever. Why would they send you remeds if they were gonna reject it after all. Do you think they sent PPR but you never got it? Did they tell you the reason behind the rejection?

I am Sep 2014 applicant med done in June 2014 and they have requested remed reassessment only chest X-ray on 28 Sep 2015 we send it on 2 October 2015 but they have sent me full remed request on 5 Feb 2016 with IMM form that we have done it on 8 Feb 2016 so van anyone tell me that now I m gonna wait for interview or for DM and PPR is there anybody else who has done full med after reassessment or its only in my case plzzzz anybody share your experience

Today hi have got update in my ecas system that medical has been received but status shows in process can anyone tell me that what's gonna happen next is there any chance of an interview or direct DM please tell me if anyone have some idea

This is normal, we went through this as well. Due to your medicals expiring last year they will request a full IME - Immigration Medical Examination

Full IME is requested when your initial medicals have surpassed 15 months

My wife's meds were done July 2014 and expired in July 2015 and they had requested full IME in December 2015 and we received DM in February (this month) and PPR shortly after.

I did a lot of research on this through the CIC website, just like yourself I was also confused and clueless on this as well - don't worry you are fine my friend.

It seems like my case is quite similar to yours. My medical was done in Oct 2014 and I think it's expired now. We have not received remedical or as a matter of fact any communications. Should i be expecting the IME, as you suggested?

I have not received a re-medical yet. I'm going to see my MP to see what is going on and I have also send a case specific enquiry (no answer yet). I have also ordered notes again to see if there is actually any movement.
Honestly, I'm not sure what they mean by this. I was assuming that the officers supposed to send the re-medicla but forgot all about it. My husband also went to the medical centre and the IME number was not available.

I am Oct 2014 applicant and i have recently applied for the GCMS note. how long does it take to receive the notes from NDVO?

I applied in Oct 2014. Medical was done upfront. There were some documents asked on Aug 2015 which i duly submitted. After that, there is no communication from the visa office. I send case specific enquiry twice but no answer. I have recently requested for notes and waiting to receive that. I suppose, i should be receiving the remedical or some sort of communication. The ECAS suggests the previous communications by VO.

In that case scenario you will certainly get a full IME medical examination request since it has surpassed 15 months already - your upfront medical.

It's a good thing you applied for notes, you'll get a better understanding of what is happening. You will recieve them in 30 days. You should also reach out to your local MP and proceed with an enquiry as well.

My wife is in india and I am a Canadian citizen here.

I wanna point out something which I think will be helpful to those who hasn't got any reply from Delhi. Last week I ordered the notes online and after couple of days my status changed from In process to DM. I havent received my notes yet since it takes a month or so. I think ordering notes might speed up your process if your file is just sitting there waiting in the queue.

It does say updated on 2015/11/27 and location: Registry. what does security check include or mean? and how long do I wait? frustrating as HELL

In your GCMS notes look into Paper File Transfer History. Look into activity with most recent updated date. See at location. If its says registry it means that your file may be gone for security check. Security check might be done randomly without any reason.
