Did u order GCMS notes? if yes can you please share the results. Is it the first marriage for both of you? There is no point sending them an email as they will just send you a generic reply which will make no sense to yu. Order notes right away don't listen to your lawyer.

That's what I mean even if they Interview doesn't mean they would give you visa on the spot. Background and security checks can take 2-6 months never believe these lawyers .. Mine is not reliable too. Every time you ask them to do something for you, they always have some sort of excuse. I am damn surey background and security checks also haven't started ..this is bullshit

My lawers were the repersetives in my case.. they have never recived anyting.. maby email got bounce.. does it also say in ur notes..
items requested.. passport and travel document.. Im thinking should I call delhi and askl them..?? they never pick up.. that the biggest problem?im soo dam lost..

check your last 2 pages of the notes...if they had requested passport they would have mentioned that there...

keep it simple....provide your details such as sponsor name, sponsored person's name, details date application sent and when transferred to NDVO, File number if you have one, etc. you will be required to sign an authorizing form for your MP to investigate and your sponsored person to sign a form authorizing to release information

Hi Gurvinder..we have similer story as we also got married in england and her parents were present, mine were not as they were in India..and we have first our religious anad karaj in england and after one month period of time, we had civil wedding with giving notice and all..we applied on 3 jan 2013..passport req on 9th march...and we put mp enquiry and he advised that they r dng background check and scheduling interview..after this no updates...

in 2013 forum someone had mentioned that many people from Punjab and Sikhs in particular are being asked to appear for interview..not sure how much of it is true...I assume you both are from Punjab

this is not true...every case is different and there is nothing about punjab or sikhs.

It's just after initial review of the application file has been scheduled for the interview. And now I am waiting patiently. Don't know when the going to interview me.

yes..it was said by mp..but even gcms and mp enquiries are not reliable...with delhi office,,,no one knows. whts gng on...very few people got notes that nothing has started and then they have visa in 20 days and in mp enquiry someone didn't have interview but later they got interview call,,so when u have actual call or letter in ur hand,,,then we will know whts gonna happen..but we are all frustrated because of this...

Well I never heard anything like that but if your saying then it may be true. Did you actually seen the reply ndvo sent to your MP ? I really hope I get interview call soon

no it was just we received call from mp...nothing in written..and it was so quick..within 3 days he called us back..dont know how it works..
