hole anyone can help me i applied on nov 18 i got ppr on feb and submitted my passport on fen 24 i lived in canada for 5 years and my visa expired and i came to india to submit t my passport on feb 24 my status is in process since then and in july i was asked to submitt addition documents as i was charged with dui .i have paid all the fines and have my licence suspended for a year i also attended responsible driver program and was able to get the licence back in dec 2011.so now i have no clue whats going on as i submitted my additional documents and it reached delhi office on aug 3 does anybody have any idea whats going on any view whouls be great

yes i contacted mp she told me it can take upto 9 months once u submitt my passport i was planning to contact another mp but some one told me that if you inquire too much it irritates them and can delay ur application and now i dont know what to do i havent stayed away from my wife for such a long time in last 5 years our was love marrage and after marrage we bought a house and now its really hard for my wife to pay house martage and i did send a letter to delhi that i need to be there asap inorder to pay the payements but they didnt even bother masseging me back and even for the additional documents that reached delhi on aug 3 they didnt even send acknowlwgment that they recieved it i wrote a letter and told them everything but nothing helping me right now am missing my wife desperately and dont know what to do and were to go as delhi has my passport for more than 7 months in total

I am February applicant sent my application on feb23rd,
Looks like everyone who applied in feb have already got their visas.
I contacted my mp but he refused to help.
My brother is getting married on sep 22nd in uk and I don't even have my passport to travel.
Can anyone please advise me if I can request my passport back or how can I enquiry about my application process from new Delhi.

As per postal information delivery date of passport to Delhi is 28 April 2012
On e cas shows your sponsorship application received and medical results received
Since then I m waiting for visa stamp on passport
May I know how much time Delhi takes to send passport with visa stamp

As you r April aaplicant expect ur visa in second week of september if ur case is straight forward now they are working on march files rest god knows or wait for atleast 2 months after PPR And date of delivery 28 April I did nt get it

It will take two months from PPR to DM(Applicant) if case is straight forward and looks genuine to them.
