I'm developing a citizenship application tracker as an alternative to the Google sheets we've been using (which you can add your own details to). It's still quite basic, but more features are coming based on your feedback.

Here's the link to join https://roamtab.com.

P.S. If you already have information on the tracker - sign up with the same username and we'll help input your data.

*Use this thread for all things regarding the tracker - so we don't spam other channels

Some of your suggestions so far:

1. Option to show/hide tracking info
2. Remove "application sent/delivered" status since most of us apply online
3. Make it an app.

Lastly: If you're a silent follower like me (who watched PR/Cit application updates without posting on the forums), this may be a good fit because you can stay updated on the process alongside your application cohort without needing to post on the main forum.

Cheers to everyone who has signed up to roamtab! Here's the update after the 1st week:
  • I've added cohorts for Oct 2023, Nov 2023, Dec 2023, Jan 2024, and Feb 2024 to the tracker.
  • You now have the option to show or hide your application information.
  • You now have the option to delete your account
  • If you are on the Google Sheet Tracker and want me to add your information (please signup using the same username and DM me - I'm happy add your timeline details!)
  • Above all, please ensure you are entering accurate information, as it benefits all users relying on the tracker data
Here's the link to sign up: https://roamtab.com

Goal for next week: to add more features to make the tracker more interactive.

Hi everyone,

1. So a moderator has been put in place to remove any dummy dates or inaccurate data entries. This will help keep the tracker information clean and reliable for all users.✅

2. We've added a comment section! You can now leave comments on your application timeline to share updates (e.g. ghost updates)// provide support to your cohort members. ️

3. If you're also using the Google tracker, sign up at https://roamtab.com using the same username, and I'll be happy to manually input your timeline details - just DM me.

Lastly, we had some issues with the Google signup/login which were fixed. If you are still having issues signing up with Google... DM me or just sign up directly.

As our community grows, I'm happy to give you some of our latest stats:

March 2024: 9 users
  • 33.3% have reached the AOR stage or beyond
  • 33.3% have reached ECAS in progress and beyond
April 2024: 21 users
  • 81% have reached the AOR stage or beyond
  • 57.1% have reached ECAS in progress and beyond
May 2024: 7 users
  • 14.3% have reached AOR or beyond (IRCC is working on sending AORs for apps received week of May 6th)
We know it's still a tiny sample size so we'd love for more of you to contribute your timelines! (it will help improve the accuracy of the data for the community and we'll all have a better sense of the real application timelines)

*P.s there's an option to make your timeline private if you're not into sharing all your details.

Sharing the patterns we noticed this past week:

May 2024 Applications:
  • Fastest ones receiving AOR within 3-5 days of submission (which is incredibly fast when you compare it to last year)
  • These apps getting linked on IRCC tracker within 2 days
April 2024 Applications:
  • Fastest ones took 5-7 days to get to AOR
  • Another 5-7 days to reach ECAS in progress stage (Entry Case Analysis Stage) - where most still are
Does this match your timeline??

Just a suggestion, usually people don't like to signup or create an account on a new website. Unless they can see some stuff which is hiding behind the login. In your case, if people can see the data and other analysis you have done based on the citizenship application data, then people might be willing to create an account and input their own details. Just my two cents.

Thanks for the suggestion! I'll look into putting up some high-level stats on timeline speeds etc. upfront (that strike a balance of showing insights while protecting privacy) Super helpful take!
