have sent to 2 email's till date CPC Ottawa to inform about my wife's pregnancy from my gmail account... but, didn't even receive the automated response till now ... what could be wrong?

Nothing is wrong , They are not any more sending the auto response but they are getting the mails. If you are lucky enough you may get the reply back . so chill

one more question... on the CIC website it is suggested to mention DOB as well while sending emails to them.. but, I missed it.. should i trouble them sending one more email with DOB added?

You have to keep you communication minimum , as each communication is reviewed which might delay your application. My take would be if you have provided your client id and application number and other details it wont be a problem .

I have no communication with CIC, but my application is still delayed. ???

I am commenting on communication from Applicant to CIC not CIC to applicant . How you yourself judging its been delayed , Your 13 months are over?

My friend, when I get my GCMS, I guess I would know what happens. However, compared to other Jan 2014 applicants, I think my application is somewhat delayed.

I have got documents request today to submit T4,NOA and updated employment history ........I Will email them tomorrow....

Employment history? are they asking for employment letter or they just want to know the date from you?
