Yes. I think they put Dec 1st because the VO may have touched my application 1 month before Dec 1st. May be the VO opened my file today

Folks (including me) who have completed medicals starting of this month are still waiting for update from CIC ! But then again, CIC has its own "VIP" applications, which are processed faster.. You can be one of them

I totally agree, the way CIC is handling applications is very inconsistent and god knows what goes behind giving some applications priority and putting others in limbo. Just hoping for the best

I just realized that due date under application assignment section of gcms has passed. It was dec 1st 2013.

I think these due dates don't mean anything to VOs, even though my medical is done and eligibility and criminality (and hopefully security too) are set passed in gcms.

I have paid rprf and emailed biodata over the weekend.
does Cost recovery department confirm the receipt of payment by email? I sent them the receipt of payment.
unfortunately, i had to cancel my medical appointment since i got put on antibiotics.
It looks like i would have to wait for a couple of weeks to do the medical.
you only need to do it within 60 days i believe?
Roughly how long does it take to get to the next step after the medical assuming nothing is wrong with the results? Im from a visa exampt country.
i couldnt figure out the trend from the spreadsheet.

Cost recovery does send an personal acknowledgement. As long as you got automated response, you're good .

Timeline after medical: it can be a week or few months. Nobody knows how cic works. Since you're from exempt county, you can expect the CoPR in your mailbox one fine day!
