New canadian PR card holder, Pakistani passport - where to apply for US visa?

I recently got my PR card, my passport is Pakistani.

I need to travel to US for a pleasure trip.

Currently i only have PR card of canada and all signification economic and social ties are with native country of origin ie. Pakistan

So question is, which of the below two places would be more suitable to apply for US visa

1. US consulate in Pakistan
OR
2. US consulate in Canada ?

I think it depends on where you are currently. If in Canada, the US consulate in Canada and likewise.
