it means express entry profile number, you write in second part. leave the first part.

I want to attend the information session in the country where I am not a legal resident. As per their website, I have sent them my CV and IELTS results to authorize me to attend this session. I am not eligible in open category as I don't have IT background.

Can someone tell me how much time they take to turnaround my request?

PNPs are also immigration programs. Don't risk misrepresentation.

It doesn't have to explicitly mention PNP - the message is pretty obvious.

no they are part of EE. there are many other immigration programs. take a risk (If you have applied directly to NB or any other province without Express entry you should not apply)

yes they have opened third OPEN CATEGORY for IT people check it.

If you fall in any of the category you can submit EOI and wait for them to invite.
