m frm india and i my PR is going to expire in Jan 2015. Now, i want to go there in Jan. but the problem is that i lived there only for 20 days in Canada. Am i eligible to apply for travel Docs ??????????????

Do you have a physical permanent residency card? Or do you not have a card and therefore need to apply for a travel document to return to Canada? If you don't have a card and need to apply for a TD, then the TD is only going to be granted if you can demonstrate strong humanitarian and compassionate reasons for why you were unable to meet the residency obligation.
