NEED URGENT HELP!Police Certificate from country residence and citizenship

Hello,
CIC asked me to submit additional documents.
Provide all Original Police Clearance Certificate:
From each country/state where
the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18:
-Provide your Original Police Certificate from origin country
- Provide your Original Police Certificate fro current residence country
- Provide information on country of residence since turning 18 years old in 2007.


I dont understand the last one provide information on country of residence??
What kind of Information I need to give? What is the meaning of information here?
Do I have to tell them about where I live, lived, school, family ?

I think they are asking about countries where you have lived since the age of eighteen. You have to give them information about the time spent in those countries. You will have to provide police clearance from all the countries where you have lived for more than six months.

How to prove country that I ever lived for more than 6 month?
copy of passport and all travel history?
Do I need to go to notary?

I think you have not submitted the Form 5257B_1. You can download that form CIC website. Fill it in the area of travel history. this will solve your problem I think.
