I posted this yesterday, but didn't get any response. Could be that everyone's busy with the Canada Day celebrations 
My questions are as so:
1) For the many who are in the boat of waiting on their clearance while the submission deadline of the e-APR draws nearer, and who have decided to upload proof of having requested the clearance: Would you upload this in the police clearance certificates placeholder, or in the letter of explanation?
2) For those of you who already have FBI clearances (I'm referring here to an older one that I received some years ago): Has anyone scanned their clearance only for a watermark stating 'Unathorized Copy' to magically appear?
