Hi Everyone,

My wife and I have got Canada PR under Express Entry-FSW and we are flying from USA to Toronto next month.
My wife is a Primary Candidate and I'm dependent

I have few questions:
1) Can we travel to any location in Canada ? Do we have any restriction to any provinces?
2) I got a job offer from Halifax, can I go there and start my work immediately ?
3) Do I need to apply for a work permit before joining/working ?
4) I'm secondary applicant in my PR application.
-Can I work for any employer?
-and When Can I start working ?
-Do I need to do/apply for anything before working in Canada ?

Did you get your PR through a Provincial Nomination? If not, then you can go anywhere once you land. even if you did, you can move, but there are some things to keep in mind.

Even if your wife got the PR though a PNP program, as her dependent you can live and work anywhere. Yes, you can go to Halifax.

No, you don't need a work permit. You can start working as soon as you get your SIN number. You get your SIN the same day or the next day after landing.

You can work for any employer. You don't need to apply for anything. Simply tell them your SIN and they will know you have the right to work.
