Need some clarification on Family Reunification program

Hello, I'm a Permanent Resident of Canada and have applied for my parent’s Temporary visitor visa last week. Biometrics centers are currently closed in India. I just want to know, do I need to provide any other documents for Family Reunification program. Will my parent’s file be considered and processed quickly under Family reunification program? I would really appreciate if someone can explain this to me. Its very confusing.

There isn't a family reunification program. Your parents will need to do biometrics. There are certain family members who are able to travel given the travel restrictions if they are approved for a TRV or supervisa.
