NEED PCC FROM A GULF COUNTRY AFTER QUITTING THE JOB 10 MONTHS BACK

Dear all,

I have been asked to submit a PCC from the last country I worked in which happens to be in the middle east.

My problem is that while leaving my job, I did not get my visa cancelled properly and just came back to India on leave and did not go back as I had to submit my passports.

I want to know if this will be seen as a crime while issuing PCC ? Will the Police approach the sponsor for NOC?

People who have some gulf experience must have something to share on this.

Since your visa was not canceled you would be reported as absconding, I am assuming your employer must have reported you to. It is not regarded as a crime although you will be blacklisted and applying for a new employment or visit visa will be a problem.

i have a similar problem and I am on my US immigration and need to get a PCC from Oman as I have left the job without getting my visa cancelled. How did you get the police clearance?
