Need Notice of Assessment (Tax Return) ?

Hi Seniors,


I have applied PR on August 2014 under canadian Experience Class.

I submitted T4 slip, Notice of Assessment and copy of my pay strubs for 2012.
Also I submitted T4 slip and copy of my pay strubs for 2013 when i submitted my appilication pacakage

But i did not submit my Notice of Assesment for 2013. Because i did not file my tax return for 2013 on 2014 by my ignore. Right now i don't have any idea that how can file the tax return from outside canada. Also i think that i file my tax return, after enter to canada once i get my PR

Here is my question

1. want i submit my Notice Of Assessment for 2013 before i get my PR with CIC ? Which means will cic ask my NOA for 2013 while process my PR file?

Please anyone can explain?

They may or may not ask for it. You can anytime file Tax Return outside canada. Fill the form using any of the software forx Studio Tax. Get a printout of it and post it the CIC tax office for internation workers in Canada. You can find it out on internet.

1. want i submit my Notice Of Assessment for 2013 before i get my PR with CIC ? This is not up to you, "what IF", If CIC ask , you have to handle that. Which means will cic ask my NOA for 2013 while process my PR file?, Yes, more chances are CIC will ask

Please anyone can explain?

As per i know from outside of Canada also you can file tax return by LOG IN to "My account" in CRA site. OR if any one of your friend are in Canada he/she cando it on your behalf by visiting any Tax Lawyer
