Need help with picture for my daughter

I need help with my daughter's picture. They ( Canada immigration) are asking it in 35X25 mm. I am in US and tried every where like CVS, Target etc but they just take US password size picture. Could you please let me know where in US i can take a 35X25 mm picture for my daughter?
