This is my timeline -

Summer 2014 I completed bachelors.
July 2014 - August 2016 - NOC 2171 (25 months)
August 2016 - May 2018 - Studying for Masters
Sept 2018 - Jan 2020 - NOC 2173 (15 months)

In this case, is my experience counted as 3 years?
