Need help study permit extension ( seniors please )

i need some help regarding study permit extension i am trying to fill the application online and there is one document which i need to upload that is proof of medical exam now am in canada i dont have that receipt what should i do now confused

Never heard of it.
You just need to upload :-
1. LOA
2. Bank statement.

Have you had a medical exam performed by a CIC authorized panel physician (doctor) within the last 12 months?

this is the question and if i select yes they ask for proof it is obvious that i had a medical test before coming to canada

yes its been 4 months since am in canada

i dont have a proof thats the problem that was just a simple receipt and now id ont have it

Call CIC and ask for advice. It is their job to explain stupidities of their sites and requests!

I applied for extension after 2 years of my arrival.
And i haven't submitted anything.
And got my extension.
