Need HELP spouse visa requirments

Hi Im applying for spouse visa in alberta canada, im on process of my application.
I went to london to study for 3 years then come home and get married last month, now im gathering all my requirments. My big question is do i need to attach a police clearance from UK. Can anyone share your knowledge..

Im a filipino citizen and my husband too his a PR in canada. So i need to get a Police clearance even not brit cit??

You must obtain a police certificate from each country or territory where you have lived for six consecutive months or longer since reaching the age of 18.

Definately work on your security clearances and other documentation ASAP (medicals, proof of relationship, etc)
