I need some help regarding PGWP. like I have 2 year study permit which is expire in December 2025. After coming to Canada I change to 2 year study to 1 year study. Now my study will be finished in April 2024 and I don't want to take another 1 year course. So, after graduation in April 2024 can I work In summer and after that apply for PGWP. It's legal to do that because many people say i can't work after graduation but I have valid study permit and I have 180 days after graduation to apply for PGWP so in that 180 days i want to work so can i do that?
I study 8 month which is called 1 year study so I got 8 month or 1 year work permit. If i work so is their any consequence in my PGWP.
Any one have any idea about it. And in 2024 what's the actual PGWP processing time I see it's 103days.!!!
