Can an applicant with Skill level or type 'C' apply for EE program provided he has the required points? My job title in India is transportation specialist in Amazon supply chain network which is a level 3 position in Amazon.
However, when I looked up for matching NOC in CIC website, I see it under managerial position in Skill type 'B'. Hence, the NOC which would come closest to my job title would be 1521, which is in the skill type 'C'.
