Need Help:Calling Buffalo Applicants!

I need some info from candidates who have already submitted their docs to Buffalo and heard back from Immigration officials.

a.What is the average time from date of submission to hearing back from them in terms of request for medicals and passport?
b.Do we need to go and submit the passports in person or can they be sent by Fedex?
c.What is the average time from sending the medicals and passport and getting to know the final decision
