Hi,
I had applied for spouse open work permit. It has got rejected after 10weeks. My husband is on work permit there since 3-4yrs My case in gist

I am listing down documents that i had submitted.

Applicant:-
1. 1yr IT return
2. 2year FORM 16 ( which states the salary received from the employer and the taces for the same)
3. Bank statement
4. Marsheet of the degree
5. Marraige Certificate
6. 10photos of the wedding
7. Experience letter from the company i was working with
8. Refernce letter

Spouse
1. Bank satement of Canada
2. Salary from part time employer
3. Salary slip of earlier full time employer
4. Invite letter
5. Cover letter
6. Work visa permit
7. Passport

Above were the documents submitted.

Few mistakes now i have noticed by reading blogs/ forums
1. Didn't submit NOC from the landlord in Canada(of my spouse)
2. Didn't showcase any strong financial accept for bank statemnt
3. I had shown same communication address before and after marraige
4. There was no NOC submitted from parents
5. I missed to complete the Family information form
6. Didn't submit Police clearance

Following points were marked for rejection;

1. Travel History
2. Family ties in Canada & place of residence
3. Purpose of Visit
4. Employement prospects in country of residence
5. You have submitted documents which lacks authenticity as part of your application. This has diminished overallcredibility of your submission. I was therefore not satisfied that you are not inadmissible to Canada and that you meet the requirements of the actand regulations. Specifically i was not satisfied with the following documents were authentic

After speaking to few people one suggestion was given to me(
Apply for work files to understand the document which was not authentic.
( It will take 30days, i really want to go to camada to my husband) should i just re apply with adding following documents with out asking for work file to save time;
1. I have a property, so papers of the same
2. Parents & parent in laws balance sheet & their property papers
For showing ties with company
3. Old visiting card
4. Joining letter

For proving ties in Canada,
1. NOC from the landlord from Canada
2. Notary of the invite letter

Now one big problem is, as i wanted to fly with the husband we did a registered marraige and after few month we did actual marraige. When i submitted my application i had pictures of registered marraige only. Should i share all the pics to them now?

When i do a resubmission should i be writing a letter to them with explanation for all the points. What are the chances to get visa now?
