Hi Friends

I am Canadian citizen and got married before 2 months. And I have not submitted any paperwork for my wife as I am not in Canada yet.

I am leaving for Canada next month.

Now My wife is one Month pregnant., what is the best way to submit the PR file for her. Got Confused because, now I will Apply For PR AND she is pregnant, so will government accept the file and process it the same way,

What is the best way in this situation?

Please give me advise if you can
Thank you

Her pregnancy does not factor into it; they will process it the same as any other.

Congratulations!

Since you are a Canadian citizen, you can actually start the Outland application process now, if you'd like, since you do NOT need to be in Canada.

She will need an immigration medical exam, which will include a chest x-ray. It may be early enough in her pregnancy to safely do it now, but I'll defer to her doctor to determine that...obviously.

The file will be processed the same way, because your child will [likely] be born as a Canadian citizen as well, depending on how you received your citizenship.
