NBI Clearance within Canada

We are currently processing my Inland Spouse Sponsorship and the Immigration is asking for a Police Certificate (NBI Clearance). I would like to ask how is the process of getting it while I am in Canada?

Were you able to get NBI from Canada? I just want to ask also if you are located in Ontario?

Did you have to go to the RCMP Station to get your finger prints done or you can go to the consulate? What did they ask you? Thanks

If you are from Toronto I could tell you how I was able to get NBI clearance. If you have an old "personal copy" or the other half of your NBI it will help.
